This Privacy Policy governs the CSN Smart Park Official Pay And Park mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by SMP Mobitech Private Limited ("Operator") under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation ("Corporation"). By accessing or using the App, you consent to this Policy and our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described. We may update this Policy; continued use implies acceptance. Review it regularly.

Personal Information

We collect personal data including name, email, phone number, vehicle registration details, payment information, location data (via GPS for parking spots), device ID, IP address, and usage logs to facilitate parking bookings, payments, and service improvements. Non-personal data like app interactions and crash reports helps optimize performance. Data is collected during registration, bookings, and app usage.

Usage Policy

Prohibited activities include spam, hacking attempts, IP scanning, denial-of-service attacks, fraud, privacy violations, or illegal content. You must provide accurate information; false details may lead to account suspension. Multiple accounts per user are not permitted; prior accounts will be blocked. Do not misuse resources, impersonate others, harass users, or access restricted areas without authorization. Report violations immediately.

How We Use Your Information

Data enables seamless parking reservations, payment processing, SMS notifications, traffic analysis, and compliance with municipal regulations. We share it with affiliates, payment gateways, service providers (under strict NDAs), and the Corporation for operational needs or legal requirements. No data is sold to third parties. Location data is anonymized for city-wide parking analytics.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All App content, designs, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to the Operator and Corporation. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. No copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation without written consent.

Password and Account Security

You create a username and password upon registration. Maintain confidentiality; notify us immediately of breaches via support@csnpark.com . We may reset forgotten passwords or suspend accounts for security risks.

Content Posted by Users

User-generated content (e.g., feedback) is monitored but not guaranteed foolproof. You are responsible for your posts; we disclaim liability for objectionable material. Report violations for takedown; breaches may result in account deactivation.

Data Security and Storage

We employ industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and access controls compliant with Indian IT laws. Data is stored in secure Indian servers; retention follows PPP agreement terms (e.g., 7 years for audit trails). In case of breach, we notify affected users and authorities promptly.

Liability Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for inaccuracies, service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Liability is capped at fees paid. Consult professionals for legal/financial advice; do not rely solely on App information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings are fully refundable if canceled one hour before start time. Post-start, they become non-refundable, though we may offer credits at discretion. Refunds process via original payment method per gateway norms (3-7 days). Disputes due to App errors are handled by support.

SMS Services

SMS alerts are for lawful use only. Prohibited: spam, copyrighted material without permission, threats, or obscene content. Subscribers must not violate laws or infringe rights.

Termination and Access

We may terminate access for violations without notice. No partnership exists between users and Operator/Corporation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar courts. Disputes first go to support, then Corporation escalation, followed by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
